HMO CEO’s make millions

In a story published in Oncology Times Vol. XXV No. 17, Sept. 5, 2003, the extravagant salaries of HMO executives were revealed. While HMO members have to do with bare bone services and long waits for referrals, etc., [P] HMO CEO’s were paid salaries ranging from $8.9 million to $76. million. Does this tell us something about HMO’s?
