Cancer Screening: Nonivasive Testing looks promising.

Tumors are known to induce color changes when exposed to galactose oxidose and schiff’s reagent. This reaction is being used to screen for cancer in several studies. [P] This so called GOS test, is one study, was found to be 85% accurate when testing rectal mucous for early detection of colon cancer.
