Colon Cancer: Cetuximab Active in Chemotherapy Refractory Disease

Cetuximab known as C225 and Erbitux, manafactured by ImClone has been found to have modest activity in standard chemotherapy resistant disease. We will be following the results of further studies with this drug both alone and in combinations closely.
