Feature Story: Chemotherapy: Found to Play Role in Depression

Persons treated and cured of childhood cancers owe their lives to chemotherapy. One unfortunate side effect can be depression in some patients. For a complete discussion of this issue see Pediatrics 2002; 110:42-52. One especially interesting finding is women are more prone to post-chemo depression then men.
